The Process

How Credit Repair Works

A transparent, step-by-step process using your legal rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. No magic, no loopholes — just consumer protection law.

Important: Credit repair is not a guaranteed solution. We can only dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete information. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information cannot be removed before its legal reporting period expires. Results vary by individual situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does credit repair take?

The process typically takes 3–6 months for initial results, though complex cases may take longer. Bureaus have 30 days to respond to each dispute. We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe.

Can you remove accurate negative items?

No. We cannot remove accurate, current, and verifiable information. The FCRA only requires bureaus to remove inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete information. Anyone claiming to remove accurate items is not being truthful.

Why can't you use the phone?

The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) prohibits credit repair organizations from requesting payment over the phone before services are rendered. To remain compliant, all our sales and sign-ups are handled through our self-service online portal.

Can I do this myself?

Yes. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus at no charge. We provide a professional service for those who prefer to have experts handle the process, but it is not required.

What happens if I want to cancel?

You may cancel your contract within 3 business days of signing without penalty or obligation. After that period, cancellation terms are detailed in your written contract.
